Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetable (No added MSG)

Ingredients: Preserved vegetables, Pork belly, Oyster sauce, Garlic, Seasonings (No peanut)

Cooking instructions:

1. Defrost the frozen dish inside the fridge overnight

2. Reheat the dish in a saucepan or pot over medium heat

3. Stick to low to medium heat, and stir often to allow even heating

4. Keep the lid off. Allow water to evaporate to thicken the sauce

5. As the sauce thickens, it adds a richer flavour to the dish
